RotaLoc™ Annular Cutters are designed for drilling truck frames and general metal fabrication. Built for use with the Hougen HMD130 and HMD115 magnetic drills, these cutters feature a bayonet-style twist lock shank that allows fast cutter changes without tools. Each cutter includes Hougen’s Stack-Cut geometry, allowing efficient drilling through two or more steel plates at the same time.
