Return & Refund Policy

Returns require prior authorization.

Approved returns must be requested within 15 days of delivery and items must be new, unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.

A 20% restocking fee applies to all approved returns.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Electronic components (except DOA items reported within 24 hours of delivery)
  • Used or installed products
  • Special-order or custom items
  • Opened consumables (cutters, pilots, lubricants, adhesives)
  • Items not in resalable condition

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Once the return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary by bank.

Note: All returns without authorization will be refused.
