You may ship your unit directly to Hougen for inspection and repair. Please include a copy of your purchase receipt inside the package.

- Once received, Hougen will inspect the unit to determine if the repair qualifies under warranty.
- If the repair does not qualify under warranty, a repair quote will be provided.
- All warranty determinations are made at Hougen’s discretion.
- Shipping costs to Hougen are not covered under warranty.
- If needed, we can provide a shipping label at an additional cost depending on your location.
