All Hougen® products sold by HougenMagDrills.com are covered by the manufacturer’s limited warranty as outlined below.
Hougen Manufacturing, Inc. warrants its Portable Magnetic Drills and Tornado II Paint Shakers for two (2) years, and Electro-Hydraulic Hole Punchers for one (1) year from the date of purchase against defects in material or workmanship. All other Hougen products are warranted for ninety (90) days.
At its option, Hougen Manufacturing, Inc. will repair or replace, without charge, any product found to be defective when returned in accordance with warranty procedures.
Warranty Limitations
- This warranty is void if the product has been damaged by accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, improper installation, or unauthorized service.
- No other express warranty is given or authorized.
- Hougen Manufacturing, Inc. disclaims any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose beyond the stated warranty period.
- Hougen Manufacturing, Inc. shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages.
Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
