Hougen "12,000-Series" Rotabroach® TiN-Coated Annular Cutter Kit

The premium solution for high-volume holemaking in demanding environments. Featuring a high-hardness Titanium Nitride (TiN) coating, these cutters deliver increased surface lubricity, enhanced thermal resistance, and faster feed rates. They drill burr-free holes up to 3x faster than conventional twist drills by cutting only the outer periphery and ejecting a solid metal slug. The hollow center eliminates the "dead zone" to significantly reduce required machine horsepower and thrust.
