Hougen 17701 RotaLoc™ Annular Cutter Kit is designed for drilling structural steel, truck frames, and fabrication materials using Hougen HMD115 and HMD130 magnetic drills. Made from premium M42 high-speed steel, these cutters feature Stack-Cut™ geometry for smoothly penetrating single or multiple plates in a single pass. Every cutter utilizes the RotaLoc™ bayonet-style quick-change shank, allowing rapid, tool-less cutter swaps right on the job.
