Hougen RotaCut™ sheet metal hole cutter kits are conveniently packaged with the most popular diameters in protective cases for easy transporting and safe storage. Designed for handheld drills and drill presses, these precision tools cut burr-free holes in materials up to 1/4" thick—lasting up to 10x longer than standard hole saws.

Small Diameter RotaCut Kits: Covers essential micro-drilling and thin fabrication sizes ranging from 1/4" up to 3/4". Ideal for quick arbors, automotive panel modifications, and thin electrical conduit sheets.
Large Diameter RotaCut Kits: Built for heavy-capacity plumbing layout, chassis drilling, and frame work. Includes advanced threaded cutter sizing from 7/8" clear up to 1-1/2" diameters.
