Returns

  • A minimum handling charge of 15% or $50.00 (which ever is greater) will apply to authorized returns.
  • Tool Town Ted & HougenMagDrills.com will not accept the return of Hougen Parts, Modified or custom designed products, or catalog non-stocked items (i.e: Hougen Cutters with Stack Cut geometry, 3" D.O.C. metric "12,000-Series" cutters, or TiN coated "12,000-Series" cutters).
  • No merchandise will be accepted for return without approval of Hougen Manufacturing, Inc.
  • PRIOR TO SHIPMENT and MUST be clearly identified with the RETURNED GOODS AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RGA#).
  • All merchandise received without an RGA# will be returned at senders expense.
  • Merchandise must be packaged securely
